Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submission Platform: All abstracts must be submitted through Indico.
Length: Abstracts are limited to 250 words.
Language: All abstracts should be submitted in English.

Notification of Acceptance: 2 Weeks from Abstract Submission
Presentation Formats
Paper: these sessions consist of 15-minute presentations followed by a 3-5 minute Q&A session for discussion and feedback.
Student Paper Competition: this session mirrors the standard paper presentation but is exclusively for papers that opt to participate in the student paper competition.
Poster Sessions: these interactive sessions are designed for more in-depth, one-on-one discussions about the research presented on posters. .
Student Poster Competition: this session mirrors the standard poster session but is exclusively for posters that opt to participate in the student poster competition.
Panel Discussions: these sessions feature a group of experts discussing thematic topics in the field. Submitters are responsible for organizing the panel. All panel members must register for the conference.
Indico Submission Process
Registration: Before submitting, please create an account or log in to your existing Indico account.
Abstract Preparation: Prepare your abstract following the guidelines provided above.
Submission: Navigate to the 'Call for Abstracts' section within the event page and click on 'Submit a new abstract'.
Form Completion: Fill in the submission form with details such as title, authors, and abstract text.
Final Submission: Review your submission for accuracy and completeness before finalizing.

To submit a session proposal, please use the following link to create a support request. Under type of request, please select the option to Propose Conference Session. Please provide the following details:
- Session title
- Brief description
- Paper titles/authors to be included
- Any preferred dates/times
