Participant Check In
Presenters are required have checked-in and set up their posters and demos 30 minutes before the start of the event. Participant check-in starts at 11:00 am on Thursday July 18th at the Faculty Commons. The event space will be equipped with boards for posters.
Poster Requirements
Your posters should describe the project and follow a typical academic or conference poster format. Posters MUST BE 36 inches x 24 inches in size.
